Hot Iron® is a full body strength workout with barbells. 
It combines strength and endurance exercises and therefore simultaneously leads to weight loss and muscle growth. 
Simple moves with free weights strengthen your muscles from the shoulders to the legs. 
Above all, the learning and optimization of the technology is the focus of the workout, which is constantly reviewed sports science. 
The optimal music to your movements makes the workout even more energetic. Together you move with the other participants to the beats - so sports makes fun. 

Who is Hot Iron suitable for? 
Beginners and advanced learners, ages 16+, train together in a group at Hot Iron®. 
This is made possible by the individually adjustable load of the barbell: Whether one kilogram or five kilos - you use exactly the weight on each side that suits your strength and previous experience. 
This is how you determine the intensity of your training yourself. Of course, the experienced LAVIDA trainers will also help you to choose the right weights.
