Aqua FIT
In this hour, cardiovascular training is in the foreground. 
Various endurance movements are strung together  
and at the same time improve the coordination ability.

Aqua Special
This is all about the optimal use of water resistance to effectively strengthen the muscles. To 
increase the exercise intensity different tools are 
used.

Aqua POWER
A combination of endurance and strengthening parts, eg in the 
form of an interval training or a circle. This course can be made 
variable according to the level of the participants.
