We wish all members and sympathizers of LaVida a happy and especially healthy new year.
Due to the renewed decision by the state government to extend the current lockdown, the LaVida Fitness and Vital Lounge must remain closed until January 31, 2021.

Update 12/15/2020
MERRY CHRISTMAS The LAVIDA Fitness & Vital Lounge wishes you a healthy and relaxing Christmas and a happy 2021. The last option for vouchers, shop and solarium is December 14th and 15th, 2020 (12 p.m. - 6 p.m.). Then we were closed until January 10th, 2021 due to the lockdown.
Rehabilitation sports will take place again from January 11, 2021.
We look forward to welcoming you again to the training in the new year and thank you for your support and solidarity.

Update 11/30/2020 - Specifications of the Bavarian State Government
Bavaria forbids all indoor sports until now!
Thus, due to official orders, the areas of training, group fitness, wellness and pool will remain closed for our members until December 20, 2020.
Our outdoor strength training also takes place in the pavilion. Rehabilitation sports and EMS training are still possible.
And here's some good news:
BEMER therapy, lymph drainage, solarium and massage table can be used immediately after making an appointment and in compliance with our hygiene plan (also for non-members)!
Now available ONLINE and at the reception (Mon-Fri 12.30pm to 6.00pm):

We have adapted all gifts to the current situation: Any start date, payment on request only at the start of the subscription, FREE subscription break for any further lockdowns, compensation with existing vouchers)!
We would be very happy to receive solidarity support with the Christmas gifts!

Update 11/12/2020 - court ruling

as some of you have already heard from the news, the “general closure” of the fitness studios has been overturned. This is an important first step back to regular training that we all miss! Unfortunately, only individual sports alone, in pairs or with a different household are still allowed, so that the offer that we can offer you is still limited. In the short term, we are planning to resume restricted training in accordance with official requirements in accordance with the Infection Protection Ordinance. We look forward to seeing you training as soon as possible. Of course, the limited training does not reduce your entitlement to compensation. We will inform you of the exact procedure immediately upon notification of the exact regulatory requirements. Until then, all the best!

CORONA-Lockdown 2.11.-30.11.2020

Due to official orders, we have to provide training, group fitness, wellness and pool for our members from 2.11. close until November 30th, 2020. Our Lavida supplement and ticket shop remains open with the current Corona requirements (1 person / 10 sqm).
Lavida shop opening times: Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 6.00pm

According to the order, rehabilitation sports are also prohibited until November 30th, 2020 !!!
